Ingredients to make multifruit smoothie:
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 handle
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 10 strawberries
- 3 glasses of milk
- ice cream or yogurt
- sugar
How to make multifruit smoothie:
- Chop all the fruit into very fine pieces except the orange and lemon. Squeeze the orange juice and the lemon juice. Put everything in the blender.
- Add the ice cream or yoghurt, the milk and the sugar, let it cool down and serve it in a glass with a slice of lemon and half a strawberry in the shake.
