Mousaka recipe with Thermo mix

This is a great dish to make with the thermo mix and finish in the oven with the béchamel and the well-gratin cheese. Here we explain, step by step, how to make this delicious moustache.

Ingredients to make Mousaka with Thermo mix:

  2. Add the onion and chop 6 seconds at speed 3 ½.
  3. Program 5 minutes 100º, speed 1
  4. Add the tomato, chop 10 seconds at speed 3 ½.
  5. Program 8 minutes 100º at speed 1. Add the meat, flour, oregano, parsley, nutmeg, bouillon cube, salt and pepper
  6. Program 15 minutes 100º at speed 1; if necessary, evaporate in Varoma for 2 minutes.
