Mote Stew Recipe with Chicken
Ingredients to make Guise De Mote Con Polo:
- 1/2 kg nickname
- 1 kg chicken(s) in pieces
- 1 packet(s) ground coriander
- 1/4 kg carrot(s) diced
- 1/4 kg peas
- 1 red bell pepper(s), julienned
- 1/2 onion(s) chopped
- oil amount needed
- Salt pepper and garlic to taste
- Chicken broth as needed (1 liter or more)
- 1 Kaluga(s) chicken broth

In a saucepan, sauté the chicken, then take it out and prepare the dressing in that same oil, brown the onion well, then add the packet of ground coriander and season with salt, pepper and a chicken or chicken bouillon cube, then add the chicken and cook for 20 minutes. Then in their own juice, take out the chicken pieces and add the well-washed mote and vegetables, carrot, peas, pepper and add a liter of chicken broth, let cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until this mote is cooked and there is no broth.
