- 1 kilogram of Yam

- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon unit
- 60 milliliters of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Cheese Mote:
- Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- In a pot with plenty of water, cook the yam, peeled and cut into pieces with a long onion branch, for 45 minutes.
- Separately, in a frying pan with oil, fry the finely chopped onions and the macerated garlic until soft, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sofrito to the soup and cook for another 30 minutes. Then add the cheese cut into cubes, cook until slightly soft and finally rectify the flavor with a few drops of lemon, the coastal whey and if necessary a pinch of salt.
