Moroccan Ratatouille Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 dessert spoons of Sugar
  • 500 milliliters of crushed tomato
  • 1 unit of green pepper

How to make Moroccan ratatouille:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to make the Moroccan ratatouille.
  2. In a pan we put a little olive oil and fry the onion and green pepper cut into squares.
  3. We also add the whole peeled garlic. Let it brown over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced ​​carrot and the aborigine cut into medium pieces, in the shape of a crescent.
  5. We season. Let cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
  7. Add a little more salt and let them cook for 5 minutes. Add the cumin, cinnamon and cardamom.

  9.  Let the Moroccan ratatouille cook for 20-25 minutes over low heat. If necessary, add salt and sugar.
  10. Serve the ratatouille as a main dish, accompanied by some white rice or as a garnish for any dish of your choice.
