How to make Moroccan mint tea:

  1. In a coffee pot, put 3 tablespoons of OOLONG TEA (not envelopes), 2 tablespoons of dried mint leaves and 1/2 cup of sugar.
  2. Fill with boiling water to the brim, let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Move the infusion to test if it is sweet enough, serve in crystal glasses.
  4. While the guests drink the tea, you can add 1 teaspoon of tea and 2 teaspoons of sugar, add boiling water, rest for 5 minutes, stir again, try again and ready to serve.
