Ingredients to make Montadito Gernika:
- Gernika pepper
- Red pepper
- Boiled egg
- Anchovies
- Onion
- Toasted bread
How to make Montadito Gernika:
A Gernika pepper is fried and cut in half. One of the halves is cut into small pieces and mixed with the onion, also chopped, and the red pepper, also chopped. Put the half pepper that we had before, punctured on the toasted bread and place a slice of hard-boiled egg on top.
Finally, the previous mixture is placed on top of the egg and the anchovies are placed in oil on the sides of the bread.
