Monkfish with paprika recipe

Ingredients to make Monkfish with paprika:

  • 8 monkfish slices
  • of oil
  • 2 cloves and garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salted

How to make Monkfish with paprika:

  1. In a mortar crush the garlic and when they are well crushed add the paprika and a little salt. Beat this paste with the oil and vinegar.
  2. Put the monkfish slices in a clay pot and sprinkle the previous mixture on top along with the bay leaf.
  3. Let cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with some steamed potatoes or some vegetables.
