Monkfish with milk recipe

Ingredients to make Monkfish with milk:

  • 1000 gr of monkfish in fillets
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1/12 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 ½ glasses of cold milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of tomato concentrate

How to make Monkfish with milk:

  1. Peel and chop very small onion.
  2. Sauté it in a pan with oil and melted butter over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the flour, sauté it and gradually add the cold milk, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the tomato paste and the monkfish bone.
  5. Season the monkfish, remove the bone from the sauce and put the fillets on it.
  6. Give them a boil and when they are cooked, serve immediately.
