Ingredients to make Monkfish with bacon:
- 1 monkfish of 1 kg
- 12 slices of bacon without fat (fat)
- 6 tomatoes
- zest of 1 lemon (lemon zest)
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Monkfish with bacon:
- Season the monkfish with salt and pepper, and let it taste for a few minutes.
- Then wrap the monkfish in the bacon slices and place in the baking dish.
- Cut the tomato into thick pieces and arrange them around the monkfish.
- Also add the minced garlic, the lemon zest and the minced parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.
- Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
- It is preferred that you can add sliced potatoes and let them roast together with the monkfish.
