Ingredients to make Monkfish and prawn tails with Thermo mix:
- 500 grams of monkfish tail
- 100 grams of Prawns
- 30 milliliters of olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 units of tomato
- 2 units of Chili or Cayenne
- 200 milliliters of Fish brother

How to make Monkfish and prawn tails with Thermo mix:
- To start preparing this wonderful fish dish with Thermo mix, the first thing you should do is make a sauce with onion, garlic and oil. Shred everything by programming the kitchen robot for 3 seconds at speed 5. Repeat a couple of times to shred well and then program for 5 minutes at Aroma temperature and speed 1.
- Next, add the tomato together with the chili pepper and program for 3 seconds at speed 5. Repeat again if you want the pieces to be smaller.
- Once the ingredients have the desired texture, program the Thermo mix for 10 minutes in Aroma mode with speed 2. After this time, program again for 30 seconds at speed 7.
- To finish the sauce with Thermo mix, add the fish broth and program for 15 minutes at a temperature of 100º and speed 1.
- Meanwhile, chop the fish, season and pass through flour. Then, when the sauce is ready, put the monkfish in the glass and program again for 10 minutes, turn to the left, spoon speed and 100 degrees of temperature.
- When there are two minutes left to finish cooking the monkfish with the Thermo mix, add the prawns through the bowl.
