Monkfish stewed with vegetables recipe

  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 200 grams of onion
  • 400 grams of Vegetable Stew
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 slice of fresh bread

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of parsley

How to make Monkfish stew with vegetables:

  1. Once we have gathered all the ingredients to prepare our stewed monkfish tails, we heat olive oil in a clay pot or in a more or less deep pot.
  2. In this pot we will begin to prepare the base sauce, so when it is very hot we will add the finely chopped onion.
  3. While the onion is poaching, we prepare a garlic mince by crushing it together with the parsley, the almonds and the bread.
