Ingredients to make Monkfish stewed with almonds:
- snuff
- 1 potato
- 1 handful of chopped peeled almonds
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 4 carrots
- 1 splash of wine
- 1 handful of cornmeal
- 1 pinch of minced garlic
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 jet of oil
How to make Monkfish stew with almonds:
- We will remove the central rasp of the monkfish and cut into more or less large dice.
- Flour the monkfish cubes (I used cornmeal but you can use another) more or less like this.
- We make a sauce for the pix in in tomato sauce, chopped onion and almonds in a pan with a little oil.
