Don’t miss this delicious recipe that he has shared where he has prepared a plate of monkfish stewed with almonds and boiled vegetables, which is tasty! Prepare a few slices of bread because I assure you that you will not be able to dip this pix in or frog fish in the sauce.

Ingredients to make Monkfish stewed with almonds:

  • snuff
  • 1 potato
  • 1 handful of chopped peeled almonds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 splash of wine
  • 1 handful of cornmeal
  • 1 pinch of minced garlic
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 jet of oil

How to make Monkfish stew with almonds:

  1. We will remove the central rasp of the monkfish and cut into more or less large dice.
  2. Flour the monkfish cubes (I used cornmeal but you can use another) more or less like this.
