MONKFISH SKEWERS Recipe

Ingredients to make MONKFISH SKEWERS:

  • 750 gr. snuff
  • 4 spoons Vinegar
  • 1 spoon sweet paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 spoons Olive oil
  • Salt

How to make MONKFISH SKEWERS:

  1. Prepare a marinade by mixing the oil, paprika, salt, ground pepper, peeled and crushed garlic, and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Remove the skin and bone from the monkfish, wash it and cut it into cubes.
  3. Place the fish in a bowl, cover with the marinade, mix well and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Form the skewers, threading 4 or 5 pieces of fish on each skewer.
  5. Grill the skewers brushing with the marinade halfway through the process.
  6. Serve very hot, accompanied with salad.
