Monkfish and prawns skewer recipe

Ingredients to make Monkfish and prawns skewer:

  • salted

  • 50 grams of virgin olive oil
  • 200ml lemon

  • rice
  • cooked
  • 200 grams of monkfish
  • 800 grams of cooked peas
  • 100 grams of lemon juice
  • 1 lemon bell pepper
  • 1 prawns
  • 16 mushroom tails
  • 12 sherries
  • 1 jet

How to make Monkfish and prawns skewer:

  1. Put the oil in a frying pan and brown the skewers passed through flour, with salt and pepper.
