Monkfish and King Prawn Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients to make Monkfish and King Prawn Meatballs:

  • 1 kg. snuff
  • 1/2 kg. shrimp
  • 2 garlic discs
  • 1 branch parsley
  • 1 pc. egg
  • white pepper (a little)
  • salted
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 unit onion
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • saffron (a few strands)
  • 1/2 unit lemon juice

How to make Monkfish and King Prawn Meatballs:

  1. Put the monkfish, the prawns, the egg, the garlic, the parsley, a little white pepper and enough breadcrumbs to knead the meatballs in the food processor.
  2. Chop everything but be careful that it is not too small.
  3. Form the meatballs pass them through flour and fry a little.
