Ingredients to make Monkfish and King Prawn Meatballs:
- 1 kg. snuff
- 1/2 kg. shrimp
- 2 garlic discs
- 1 branch parsley
- 1 pc. egg
- white pepper (a little)
- salted
- bread crumbs
- 1/2 unit onion
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- saffron (a few strands)
- 1/2 unit lemon juice
How to make Monkfish and King Prawn Meatballs:
- Put the monkfish, the prawns, the egg, the garlic, the parsley, a little white pepper and enough breadcrumbs to knead the meatballs in the food processor.
- Chop everything but be careful that it is not too small.
- Form the meatballs pass them through flour and fry a little.
- Put the very finely chopped onion in the oil that remains, when it is golden,
- add the glass of wine, a little salt and mix the sauce.
- Add a little water and when it starts to boil, put the meatballs in it,
