- 6 poblano chiles

How to make monchito pork:
- You cook the pork with the onion, garlic, bay leaf, and salt.
- While this is cooking about 45 min.
- Chop the onion in 1/4 of a moon like the poblanos, the tomato in a small square and the fine garlic, fry it in a deep frying pan with a little bit of oil. When it is ready, you pour the meat and add the broth with what you cooked it finally, add a pinch of broth to the meat.
- When the meat is ready, you chop it into 1/2-inch pieces and that’s it.
