Monchito pork recipe

Ingredients to make monchito pork:

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 poblano chiles

How to make monchito pork:

  1. You cook the pork with the onion, garlic, bay leaf, and salt.
  2. While this is cooking about 45 min.
