Ingredients to make Cuban Mojito:
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 50 milliliters of white rum
- 1 can of Soda
- 1 package of crushed ice
- 2 drops of Angostura bitters
How to make Cuban Mojito:
- To prepare an authentic mojito, the first thing you do is add the sugar and a lime cut into small pieces to the bottom of a wide-mouthed glass. Lightly press the lime against the sugar, so that it loosens the game, you can use a mortar.
- Then add the mint leaves and repeat the macerate, this time not so hard so as not to break the leaves. The mint can be substituted for fresh mint.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum, mix everything with a long spoon, make upward movements so that the leaves rise.
