  • 110 grams of flour 000
  • 230 cubic centimeters of skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

How to make Mini Pancakes:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the mini pancakes in a bowl and, with a whisk, make sure there are no lumps left.
  2. Let the flour hydrate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. With the help of a spoon, pour a little of the preparation onto a non-stick frying pan with spray oil.
  4. Make sure you don’t get one pancake too close to the other so they don’t stick together.
  5. When they make bubbles as you see in the image, turn them over and brown them on the other side.
