Ingredients to make Mini Cheese Soufflés:
- 50 grams of butter
- 30 grams of wheat flour
- 250 milliliters of milk
- 200 grams of fresh cheese
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 unit of egg yolk
- 2 units of egg white
How to make Mini Cheese Soufflés:
1.List all the ingredients.
2.In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour, mix and cook over low heat for 1 minute.
3.Add the milk little by little and beat at the same time until you get a thick and creamy mixture.
4.Add the grated cheeses and mix. If the cheese used is low in salt, you can add a pinch of it.
5.When the mixture is cold, add the egg yolk and mix.
6.Beat egg whites until stiff.
7.Add the egg whites little by little and mix with an enveloping movement to prevent the air obtained from falling.
8.Pour the mixture into molds and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
