Potato millefeuille are a classic that is never lacking in homemade meals. - 4 units of potatoes
- 1 unit of onion
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 200 milliliters of milk
- 4 sheets of mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Millefeuille of potatoes and caramelized onion:
- Before making this recipe with potatoes, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the flour and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture and it is a little golden.
- Add the warm milk and mix everything until you get a smooth béchamel sauce, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
- In a separate buttered skillet, sauté the feathered onion until soft. Then, add the brown sugar and cook over low heat covered until caramelized rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
- In a refractory greased with butter, arrange very thin slices of potatoes, on them a little caramelized onion and béchamel sauce.
