Milkshake

Ingredients to make milk shake:

  1. 300 gr milk
  2. 100 g egg whites
  3. 200 gr powdered sugar
  4. cinnamon stick
  5. 1 lemon
  6. cinnamon powder

How to make Meringue Milk:

  • Ready all the ingredients.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk together with the cinnamon sticks and the lemon zest, bring to a boil.
  • In a very large bowl we beat the egg whites until they are stiff or when we turn the bowl our whites do not fall,
  • When the whites are well assembled, add the powdered sugar and mix very well until a very well assembled meringue is left.
  • Very carefully so as not to remove the air, we mix the meringue with the milk until we integrate very well.
  • Serve very cold and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon.
