Milanese rice with ham recipe

Ingredients to make Milanese rice with ham:

  • 1 cup of rice
  • ½ onion unit
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ unit of green pepper
  • ¼ unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of ripe tomato
  • 50 grams of Peas
  • 50 grams of Serrano ham in strips
  • ½ small glass of Sherry Wine
  • 1 handful of grated Mental cheese
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of bouillon concentrate powder
  • 2 cups of boiling water

How to make Milanese rice with ham:

  1. The first thing you have to do to prepare this Milanese rice with ham is to get a peeler or a wide pot to make the rice. So, heat some oil and make a fry of onion and garlic, all finely chopped.
