How to make Milanese Rice:
- Our first step to make the Milanese rice recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- First we are going to make the base sauce of the recipe. To do this, take a frying pan over medium heat with a little sunflower oil, add the onion, tomato and pepper in very fine squares. Add salt, black pepper and a little bit of finely chopped garlic.
- Once the sauce begins to take on color, add the Serrano ham in very thin strips and fry well until it is integrated into the base sauce.
- Add the white cooking wine and leave on the heat until all the alcohol in the wine has evaporated.

- Turn off the heat and add half of the Parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley.
