Ingredients to make Microwave Sardine Casserole:
- 500 g sardines
- 250 g red tomatoes
- 50 gr breadcrumbs
- 30 gr parsley
- 50 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 unit of lemon

How to make Microwave Sardine Casserole:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Blend the tomatoes and strain, add salt and pepper.
- In an ovenproof dish, arrange the sardine fillets (without scales or bones), season with salt and pepper and add a few drops of lemon.
- Add the tomato juice and another layer of sardines, season and add a few drops of lemon.
- Finally add tomato juice, finely chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, place in the microwave oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
