Michoacán Poole Recipe

Ingredients to make Michoacán Poole:

  • 1 large can of hominy corn
  • 2kg of roasted tomato
  • 1/4 of kg of anchor chili
  • 1/4 kg of non-spicy guerilla chili
  • garlic to taste
  • 1kg of pork loin
  • 1kg of pork cheek
  • laurel
  • thyme
  • oregano to taste
  • corn tortilla toast
  • radishes
  • chopped onion to taste
  • chopped lettuce to taste
  • piquing chili powder to taste

How to make Michoacán Poole:

  1. Boil the corn pooled a little more, roast the tomatoes and garlic (2 large cloves) boil the deveined chills and without the seeds cook the pork with garlic, onion and salt as they are ready.
