Ingredients to make Micas Rulers:
- 1 loaf of Bread from the previous day (crumbs)
- 2 units of Chorizo
- 2 pieces of Bacon
- ½ unit of green pepper
- ½ unit of red pepper
- 1 jet of olive oil
- 1 unit of Onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 dessert spoon of paprika powder
How to make Crumbs Rulers:
- Cut the crumbs and moisten them without soaking. Leave them overnight covered with a cloth.
- Sauté the unpeeled garlic and set aside. Add the peppers and onion cut into julienne strips in the same pan and sauté. Reserve.
- Continue the preparation of the crumbs in the same pan adding the finely cut bacon. When it is almost ready add the chorizo and fry everything very well.
- Let the oil cool down and add the paprika. Next, add the crumbs with the heat at half power and without stopping stirring so that they do not burn or stick until they are fried.
- Then it will be time to return all the previous preparations to the pan. Add the vegetables and meat, stirring to mix everything well.
- After a few minutes you will be able to serve a good plate of rolling crumbs and accompany them at the table with grapes and a good full-bodied red wine.
