On this occasion we will teach you how to prepare a delicious Mexican-style stew, with beef fillets, tomatoes, onion, chili and many other ingredients that will not leave you indifferent. Get down to work and cook this incredible meat stew.

Ingredients to make Mexican Steak Stew:

  • 3 units of diced ripe tomatoes
  • 5 units of diced green tomatoes
  • 1 unit of diced green bell pepper
  • 1 unit of chopped green Serrano pepper
  • ½ unit of Onion chopped into cubes
  • ¼ onion unit
  • 1 clove of minced Garlic
  • ½ bunch of Cilantro small
  • 1 pinch of salt or powdered chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 5 fillets of Milanese or beef fillets chopped into small squares

How to make Mexican Steak Stew:

  1. If you can’t get the fillets chopped where you buy them, doing it yourself is very easy. You just have to roll them up like tacos and cut them first into strips and then those strips into pieces.
  2. In a large pan, put the minced meat to cook in 1/2 cup of water and a little oil. When it boils, add the chopped onion, the garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste. Let cook over low heat until the water is completely consumed.
  3. When it has been consumed and the meat has browned in its own juices, add the rest of the chopped ingredients and let it boil for 20 minutes.
  4. When the Mexican steak stew is ready, we serve it with beans from the pot or refried beans, tortilla chips, or white rice.
