Mexican Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients to make Mexican Mushrooms:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 500 grams of Mushrooms
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 2 units of Lemon
  • 2 units of Tomato
  • 1 handful of Serrano pepper (to taste)
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup of chicken broth

How to make Mexican Mushrooms:

Heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion. When it turns transparent, add the chopped mushrooms. After 2 minutes add the lemon juice and leave for about 4 minutes. Add the tomato and chopped chili, let it sauté and add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, water (to taste), chicken broth and chopped parsley.
