Chicken fajita pasta is a Mexican recipe that we can prepare without any problem at home, because it is very easy to make and we can easily find all the ingredients it contains.

Ingredients to make Mexican Macaroni:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 package of frozen tricolor pepper
  • 500 grams of macaroni
  • 4 cups of Milk (960 milliliters)
  • 2 onion
  • 100 grams of Cheese to melt
  • 1 dessert spoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • 1 dessert spoon of ground garlic
  • 1 dessert spoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • oil

How to make Mexican Macaroni:

  1. The first step to making these delicious Mexican macaroons is to gather all thenecessary ingredients.
  2. To start preparing the pasta with chicken fajitas, we have to cut the chicken breastsinto approximately 1cm strips.
  3. Then we put the chicken strips in a pan over high heat and brown them.
  4. It is not necessary to cook them well because they will be finished cooking later with all the pasta fajita filling.
  5. While we cook the chicken for the macaroni and fajitas, cut the onioninto thin slices.
  6. Next, we reserve the chicken fajita strips in a large pot (which will be where we will cook the Mexican macaroni) and place the red, green and yellow peppers without defrosting in the same pan along with the onion. We sufferedeverything a little.
  7. When the vegetables are done, we also put them in the pot; we remove everything and season it with all the spicesand salt. This will be the filling for our pasta with chicken fajitas.
  8. Now we add the milk, raise the heat and wait for it to boil to be able to make the Mexican macaroni well.
  9. When the milk is boiling, add the macaroniand cook over low heat for about 8-10 minutes, stirring well to ensure that nothing from the bottom of the pot of pasta with chicken fajitas burns.
  10. Once the macaroni and fajitas are cooked, add the cheeseto melt, remove the pot from the heat and stir everything well so that it dissolves.
  11. Finally, we rectify salt and spices and we already have our Mexican macaroniready! To decorate them, you can chop some fresh parsley and put it on top.
