Mexican Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

  • 16 pieces of corn tortillas
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast in steak
  • 300 grams of panela cheese
  • 3 pieces of red tomato
  • 1 piece of white onion
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

How to make Mexican Chicken Quesadillas:

We are going to start the Mexican quesadillas recipe by washing and finely chopping the vegetables, that is, the onion, the red tomato and the cilantro. On the other hand, we take pieces of panela cheese, place them inside the corn tortilla and take the quesadillas to the hot grill to melt the cheese. This is the only ingredient that cannot be missing in Mexican quesadillas, so we recommend that you do not ignore it. When the cheese is practically melted, we fill the quesadillas with the chicken stew and close them again. If you want, you can reheat them for a few more seconds so that the cheese finishes melting, or consume them as is. As you can see, these chicken quesadillas are an easy and ideal recipe to enjoy with the family, accompanied by a red taquera sauce or guacamole.
