Mexican ceviche recipe with cucumber

Let’s go then with the recipe for Mexican ceviche with cucumber, which also has a touch of orange and other vegetables to form a delicious dish.

Ingredients to make Mexican Ceviche with Cucumber:

• 1 kilogram of ground fish saw or mojarra

• 1½ units of chopped onion

• 3 units of grated carrot

• 2 units of chopped cucumber

• 3 units of chopped tomato

• ¼ kilogram of Lemons in juice

• 1 unit of Orange in juice

• 1 pinch of coriander chopped

• 1 pinch of dried oregano

• 1 pinch of salt

How to make Mexican Ceviche with Cucumber:

Mix the ground fish with the lemon juice. The ground can be to your liking, you can leave the fish in bite- size pieces or chop it more finely.
