Mexican Beef Fajitas Recipe

Mexican -style beef fajitas are made with beef, tomato broth, and potatoes. This dish can be prepared with steaks or Milanese, this time we have decided to prepare it with cecina but the choice is up to you. If you have been craving beef fajitas, keep reading and don’t miss the step by step.

Ingredients to make Mexican Beef Fajitas:

  • 300 grams of beef
  • 5 pieces of tomato
  • 4 pieces of potato
  • 1 piece of onion
  • ½ cup of Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 grams of tree chili

How to make Mexican Beef Fajitas:

1.Get all the ingredients ready for our Mexican fajitas.

2.Cut the beef into strips and marinate the meat with half a cup of vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.

3.Make a cross cut as shown in the photo and boil the tomatoes along with the onion, garlic and chili to taste, depending on how spicy you like your food.

4.Peel the tomato. In the blender grind the tomato, garlic, onion, chilies and a little of the water where they were boiled.

5.Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters, lightly fry with a tablespoon of hot oil over medium heat.

6.Remove the potatoes from the heat and in the same saucepan add the beef.

7.When the meat is half cooked, add the tomato sauce and the roasted potatoes. Finish cooking and rectify seasoning.

8.Serve the Mexican-style beef fajitas with tomato broth to taste and accompany with warm corn tortillas and refried beans if you wish.
