Ingredients to make Menjurge:
For 4 people:
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 poblano peppers
- 3 white onions
- 1 stick of margarine
- 500 gr chester cheese
- 1 cup of half cream
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 Spanish sausage
How to make Menjurge:
First we cut the peppers, chilies and onions into strips. We put them over low heat in a shallow pot with a lid with the stick of margarine for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add the half cream mushrooms and stir until well integrated. The cheese is chopped or grated and added last to our mixture. Finally, in a lightly greased pan, fry the chopped chorizo to integrate it into the mixture made. It is served with warm flour tortillas and the spicy sauces of your choice.
