Melon Gazpacho Recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make melon Gazpacho with Thermomix:

  • 1 ripe melon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 25 grams of hard bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1 splash of Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • Serrano ham (optional)

How to make melon Gazpacho with Thermomix:

  1. Take advantage and finish preparing the ingredients, peeling everything you need and chopping the vegetables a little.
  2. Then place all the ingredients on the list in the Thermomix glass and program for 3 minutes with progressive speed of 5, 7, and 9. When the machine finishes, check the seasoning and adjust to taste, adding more salt or pepper.
