Melon Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make melon Gazpacho:

  • for 4 people
  • 1 “French” melon
  • 1 melon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 peach
  • some oregano leaves
  • Flower petals
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil

How to make Melon Gazpacho:

  1. Cut the “French” melon in half, remove the seeds and the meat.
  2. Peel the other melon and with a peeler cut some long strips.
  3. Then open it, remove the seeds and meat.
  4. Peel the tomato and remove the seeds.
  5. Put the meat of the two melons, the tomato and a couple of oregano leaves in the blender.
  6. Blend well and add two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  7. Peel the peach and cut it into small cubes.
  8. Serve in the center of each plate, a few strips of melon, and a few pieces of peach.
  9. Pour the melon gazpacho on top.
  10. Decorate with a few rose petals and a few oregano leaves.
  11. Tip: melon is a delicious fruit.
