Mediterranean Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make Mediterranean Spaghetti:

  • 1 kilo of spaghetti
  • 500 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large can of peeled tomatoes
  • 6 medium garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

How to make Mediterranean Spaghetti:

  1. Put the spaghetti to cook al dente, adding to the water, salt, olive oil and bay leaves.
  2. In a deep cauldron, heat the oil, add the garlic, sauté a little, add the chopped mushrooms, sauté them, add the chopped tomatoes (not too small), add, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, mix, add the basil and the pasta well drained.
  3. Stir very well, let cook for about five minutes, turn off and serve
