Meatball Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Meatball Soup:

  • 1/2 kg postage
  • 1 piece(s) pumpkin(s)
  • 8 potato(s)
  • 1/2 onion(s)
  • 1/2 cup(s) green beans
  • 3 tablespoon(s) rice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg(s)
  • Salt pepper and oregano to taste

How to make Meatball Soup:

  1. In a pot place 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil, fry the rice, the grated carrot, the green beans, the parsley, oregano, paprika, the potatoes cut in two and the pumpkin cut into squares. Add necessary boiling water and let it cook slowly. Pass the meat through the machine and combine it with 1/2 tablespoon of onion, a pinch of pepper, salt, 1 whole egg and the breadcrumbs. Form balls the size of a walnut and roll them lightly in flour, throw them into the boiling broth. Before serving, dress with the other egg and chopped parsley.
