Meatball skewers are quick and easy to prepare. These meat skewers are not like the traditional ones since the ingredients are inserted already cooked. With this easy recipe, this article offers you an ideal option for a different meal, which accompanied with a fresh salad, will be a perfect dish for a family day.

Ingredients to make Meatball Skewers:

  • 250 grams of ground meat
  • 100 grams of Mushrooms
  • 100 grams of red pepper
  • 100 grams of white onion
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 1 tablespoon of Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 30 milliliters of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Meatball Skewers:

1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.To make the meatballs, mix the ground beef with the mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3.Knead and shape the meat until you get medium meatballs. Cook in oil until golden brown, cover and cook over low heat for 15 more minutes.

4.Separately, make a sauce with the vegetables. Sauté bell pepper and onion cut into equal sized squares and mushrooms cut into quarters. Cook until everything is golden, season with salt and pepper.

5.Finally insert the vegetables and mushrooms, inserting it with the meatballs. Meatball skewers are an original and different dish that you can also make with any type of meatballs, such as:
