- 250 grams of ground meat
- 2 sprigs of coriander
- 1 unit of red onion

- Before making this delicious soup, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- To make the homemade meatballs, in a bowl mix the ground beef with a little finely chopped coriander, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper.
- Assemble the meatballs of the same size and in a pot with oil seal them on all sides until golden brown, remove from heat and reserve.
