Meatball Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Meatball Noodle Soup:

  • 250 grams of ground meat
  • 2 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 unit of red onion
  • 1 branch of long onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of tomato paste
  • 150 grams of noodles
  • 300 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Cumin
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Meatball Noodle Soup:

  • Before making this delicious soup, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • To make the homemade meatballs, in a bowl mix the ground beef with a little finely chopped coriander, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the meatballs of the same size and in a pot with oil seal them on all sides until golden brown, remove from heat and reserve.
  • In the same pot, add the finely chopped onions and the macerated garlic, fry over low heat until the onion is transparent, season with salt and pepper.
