Meatball and Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make meatball and vegetable soup:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 cups of hot water
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 packages (2.11 ounces) MAGGI Beef Flavor Soup with Noodles
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 teaspoon of MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon

How to make Meatball and Vegetable Soup:

  1. Combine ground beef, cilantro, and broth in a large bowl and mix well. Shape meat into 1/2-inch meatballs and set aside.
  2. Add contents of packets to hot water in large saucepan; mix well.
  3. Let it boil.
  4. Add the meatballs, green bell pepper, green onions and carrots.
  5. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until meatballs are done. Serve immediately.
