Ingredients to make meatball and vegetable soup:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 8 cups of hot water
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 packages (2.11 ounces) MAGGI Beef Flavor Soup with Noodles
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1 teaspoon of MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
How to make Meatball and Vegetable Soup:
- Combine ground beef, cilantro, and broth in a large bowl and mix well. Shape meat into 1/2-inch meatballs and set aside.
- Add contents of packets to hot water in large saucepan; mix well.
- Let it boil.
- Add the meatballs, green bell pepper, green onions and carrots.
- Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until meatballs are done. Serve immediately.
