Meat with Paprika Recipe

Ingredients to make Meat with paprika:

  1. 250 grams of Posta
  2. 4 units of green or red bell peppers
  3. 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  4. ½ cup of Water (120 milliliters)
  5. 1 tablespoon of wheat flour or cornstarch
  6. 1 jet of Oil
  7. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Meat with paprika:

  • Heat a saucepan with oil and fry the julienne cut meat with salt and pepper.
  • Then add the peppers cut into fine Juliana or finely chopped. It can be used with or without the shell depending on taste. Sauté everything together for a few minutes.
  • Next, add the water and cook until the meat is tender. Add more water if necessary.
  • Dissolve the flour or cornstarch in a little cold water and add this to the meat and pepper stew. Let cook for a few minutes and that’s it
