- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dessert spoon of sweet paprika
How to make meat Fideuá:
- Put a wide casserole on the fire to make the meat fideuá there.
- Add just a tablespoon of olive oil, add the noodles and sauté over low heat.
- Brown them carefully so they don’t burn. This way they will almost all brown, although it is possible that some will remain without browning.
- The important thing is that they don’t burn. When they go golden, take them out and reserve them.
