Meat Discada Recipe

Ingredients to make Meat Discada:

  1. kilo of meat to roast cut into pieces
  2. 18 strips of Bacon cut into small squares
  3. 1 large onion cut into medium pieces
  4. 1 chile or large green bell pepper, cut into chunks.
  5. 8 sausages cut into pieces
  6. meat tenderizer or seasoning

How to make Discada of meats:
