Ingredients to make meat and spinach cannelloni:
- 8 units of lasagna sheets
- 1 bunch of spinach cooked
- 250 grams of ground beef
- 100 grams of Ricotta Cheese
- 200 milliliters of béchamel sauce
- 150 milliliters of homemade tomato sauce
- 50 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make meat and spinach cannelloni:
- The first step to make homemade cannelloni is to prepare the ingredients.
- Take the cooked spinach and ricotta cheeseto a blender or mixer.
- Process or mix well until the ingredients for the cannelloni filling is integrated.
- Take the mixture from the previous step to a bowl and add salt, black pepper and a little garlic paste to taste.
- Mix the ingredients well until they are integrated.
- Cook the lasagna sheetsto make homemade cannelloni.
- Bring a skillet to medium heat, add a tablespoon of sunflower oil and add the ground beefwith salt and black pepper to taste.
- Sauté a little but without the meat losing its juices.
- Mix the sautéed ground beef with the spinach and ricotta cheese.
- Integrate the ingredients well, and add a few tablespoons of béchamel sauceto the filling of the cannelloni so that it takes consistency.
- Stretch the pasta sheetson a clean work surface to proceed to prepare the spinach cannelloni.
- Add a bit of the fillingto the end of each of the lasagna sheets.
- Carefully rollup each of the cannelloni and take them to a large refractory.
- In a bowl or bowl add the béchamel sauce and the tomato sauce. Mix very well until the two sauces are integrated.
- Bathe the homemade cannelloni with the sauce obtained and add the grated cheeses on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and, once hot, bake the cheese and meat cannelloni.
