Meat and spinach cannelloni recipe

Ingredients to make meat and spinach cannelloni:

  • 8 units of lasagna sheets
  • 1 bunch of spinach cooked
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 100 grams of Ricotta Cheese
  • 200 milliliters of béchamel sauce
  • 150 milliliters of homemade tomato sauce
  • 50 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make meat and spinach cannelloni:

  1. The first step to make homemade cannelloni is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. Take the cooked spinach and ricotta cheeseto a blender or mixer.
  3. Process or mix well until the ingredients for the cannelloni filling is integrated.
  4. Take the mixture from the previous step to a bowl and add salt, black pepper and a little garlic paste to taste.
  5. Mix the ingredients well until they are integrated.
  6. Cook the lasagna sheetsto make homemade cannelloni.
  7. Bring a skillet to medium heat, add a tablespoon of sunflower oil and add the ground beefwith salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Sauté a little but without the meat losing its juices.
  9. Mix the sautéed ground beef with the spinach and ricotta cheese.
  10. Integrate the ingredients well, and add a few tablespoons of béchamel sauceto the filling of the cannelloni so that it takes consistency.
  11. Stretch the pasta sheetson a clean work surface to proceed to prepare the spinach cannelloni.
  12. Add a bit of the fillingto the end of each of the lasagna sheets.
  13. Carefully rollup each of the cannelloni and take them to a large refractory.
  14. In a bowl or bowl add the béchamel sauce and the tomato sauce. Mix very well until the two sauces are integrated.
  15. Bathe the homemade cannelloni with the sauce obtained and add the grated cheeses on top.
