Meat and mushroom lasagna recipe

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 250 milliliters of white willow
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 12 units of precooked lasagna sheets
  • 15 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 150 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of thyme

How to make Meat and Mushroom Lasagna:

  1. The first step to make this recipe is to prepare the ingredients for the homemade lasagna
  2. I am going to make each of the lasagnas in individual refractories.
  3. So, we place a sheet of lasagnaas the base of the preparation and wet it with white sauce or béchamel.
  4. As we have said, we are going to fill the lasagnawith meat.
  5. So, we put a frying pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil and, when it is hot, add the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once we observe that the meat is half sautéed, we add the sliced ​​mushrooms and stir well to integrate them with the minced meat.
  7. We add a little garlic and thyme paste to the filling to give it a touch of flavor. Let sauté for a few more minutes.
  8. Add the red wine and let it simmer for 10 more minutes remove from the heat and the filling for our lasagna with mushroomswill be ready.
