Ingredients to make Mashed Potatoes with Cheese and Egg:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of Parmesan
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 nut of Butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Mashed Potatoes with Cheese and Egg:

  1. Cook the potatoes and, once ready, peel them and mash them in a bowl together with the butter and salt until you get a kind of mashed potato.
  2. Cut the cooked ham into small pieces and add them to the previous purée.
  3.  Then, to continue preparing the mashed potatoes with ham and egg, grate the Parmesan cheese and add it too. We integrate until there is a homogeneous mixture and we try it to see if it lacks salt.
  4. We put the mixture in a container suitable for the oven and crack two eggs on top, in such a way that they cover the entire surface of the mashed potato with cheese.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC with air from above and below and, once hot, bake the mashed potatoes with eggs.
  6.  Keep in mind that the potatoes are already made, so you just have to let it cook until the eggs reach the point you want.
