Marrow Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Bone Marrow Soup:

  • For 6 people:
  • 400kg marrow
  • 1 pc. chicken breast
  • 1/4kg tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 3 u. cured chipotles
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped epazote
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make Bone Marrow Soup:

  1. With a sharp and pointed knife, the thick skin that covers it is very carefully removed from the medulla, it is washed perfectly, a nerve similar to a bloody thread is removed; it is washed again; portions are cut about 2.5 centimeters and put in the broth; they should boil about 20 or 25 minutes; it is known that it is already when one does not look bloody when leaving.
