Ingredients to make Marine Stew:

  • 800 grams of chopped and cooked pippin (or it can be any other fish such as hake, conger eel, etc.).
  • 800 grams of cooked clams without shells.
  • 800 grams of mussels cooked and without shells.
  • 100 grams of prawns or shrimp tails.
  • 2 thinly sliced ​​leeks.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 1 bell pepper cut into julienne strips.
  • 1 Carrot cut into julienne strips.
  • 200cc simple white sauce (find this recipe on this site).
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley.

How to make Marine Stew:

  1. Sauté the leeks in oil, add the vegetables and leave to soak for a few minutes.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of the cooked fish and shellfish and cook over low heat, covered, for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked fish and shellfish, the white sauce and the chopped parsley.
  4. Stir gently and serve hot with cooked vegetable salads.
