Marinated salmon recipe

Ingredients to make Marinated Salmon:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of dill
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 100 ccs of liquid cream
  • 500 grams of coarse salt
  • 1 kilo of fresh salmon

How to make Marinated Salmon:

  1. A fresh, cleaned, headless salmon has its central bone removed by sprinkling it with fresh dill.
  2. For each kilo of salmon, half a kilo of coarse salt and half a kilo of sugar are mixed on top.
  3. It is put on aluminum foil and crushed a little.
  4. It gets in the fridge for two to four days.
  5. It is removed and cleaned of sugar and salt.
  6. Rub with a little olive oil.
  7. The accompanying sauce is made with mustard, honey and fresh cream, all well beaten.
  8. In case of not finding dill, add fresh tarragon.
