Ingredients to make Marinated Salmon:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 grams of sugar
- 20 grams of dill
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard
- 100 ccs of liquid cream
- 500 grams of coarse salt
- 1 kilo of fresh salmon
How to make Marinated Salmon:
- A fresh, cleaned, headless salmon has its central bone removed by sprinkling it with fresh dill.
- For each kilo of salmon, half a kilo of coarse salt and half a kilo of sugar are mixed on top.
- It is put on aluminum foil and crushed a little.
- It gets in the fridge for two to four days.
- It is removed and cleaned of sugar and salt.
- Rub with a little olive oil.
- The accompanying sauce is made with mustard, honey and fresh cream, all well beaten.
- In case of not finding dill, add fresh tarragon.
